Delivery times and charges will vary depending on the destination.
|Delivery Charges By Destination
International shipping is charged at a flat rate, regardless of size and weight. The carrier used to despatch your order will vary depending on your parcel weight. Not all deliveries can be tracked through the carrier.
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take 4 to 9 business days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 9 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your country.
A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on your local carrier. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of pick-up arrangements.
We recommend either a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details) or PO BOX for prompt delivery.
Please note that the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland are treated as UK delivery, not International delivery.
Unfortunately we can't currently deliver orders to BFPO addresses
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.)
You are transacting with Smiggle in the UK. Your order will be fulfilled from our UK warehouse.
All prices in our online store are in pounds sterling (GBP).
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We are simply a supplier of items and our shipping costs only cover freight, not the individual taxes or duties that a country may charge according to their own Customs regulations.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Smiggle UK has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
We are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending it to a gift recipient.
