Clearpay can only be used on purchases made on our website. Clearpay cannot be used as a form of payment for purchases in any of our store locations.
How It Works
Select Clearpay at checkout. Quickly log in or create an account using your existing debit or credit card and receive an instant approval decision.
Clearpay will pay us upfront so we can ship your order straight away.
Clearpay will split the cost into 4 instalments, taken automatically every 2 weeks. You'll pay the first instalment at the time of purchase.
Clearpay is always zero interest and free when you pay on time. The only fees are if you're late making a payment.
All you need to use Clearpay:
- Live in the UK (exclusions apply)
- Be at least 18 years old
- A valid email address and mobile number; and
- A UK credit or debit card to complete your purchase
- A minimum spend of £10 per transaction
Shop Now, Pay Later
Clearpay allows you to shop now and pay for your purchase in fortnightly instalments over a six week period.
First Time Customers
If you're a first time customer, you will need to create an account, so have your email address, mobile number, payment and address details handy. Returning customers simply log-in to make a purchase.
Clearpay will split your payment into four instalments, due every fortnight. For example, if you spend £40, each instalment would be £10. You'll see all the details in checkout!
Keep On Track
Your order will be sent immediately, and Clearpay will take care of the rest. At any time, you can log in to your Clearpay account to see your payment schedule or make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, your instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card every fortnight.
Refunds & Exchanges
Items purchased online using Clearpay may be returned for a refund by posting them to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address or exchanged in store for an alternative item or gift card. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid. We are unable to issue refunds in store for orders placed online with Clearpay. All refunds and exchanges are subject to our refund and exchange policy having been met.

Frequently Asked Questions
Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address transacting in GBP. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Clearpay account.
If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged a £6 late payment fee by Clearpay. An additional £6 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Please login to Clearpay to make your payment. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. No, you cannot use any other payment in conjunction with Clearpay.
